One of my favorite courses I took at the Enlightened Wealth Insitute was the Internet Real Estate Course and you got to learn secrets to eBay and internet marketing that can help you make a full time living with just a laptop, a phone, and an eBay id!

One Way to make $300 on Ebay:

One simple method to cash in on eBay is to go through your house and garage, find items you simply don’t want anymore and list them on eBay!  It is not as hard as you might think and gets you into the eBay groove before going to the next level - method Two.

Second Way to Make Money on eBay:

The Second Way sounds so simple, yet until my enlightened wealth institute instructor mentioned it in class…it never donned on me to do this.  Here is what you do, go to an outlet center and find the best deals on a ‘trendy’ brand like Ralph Lauren, LaCoste, Gucci, Fendi, Coach, Kenneth Cole…you get my drift right?  Once you find some incredible deals…buy $150 worth and ‘flip’ them on eBay for $300!!!  Or even more…like $450 so you make your $300 free and clear!

The Third Way to make $300 on eBay

Once you have masterd the First and Second way…now you are ready for the big leagues…and you will be albe to add zero’s to the $300, as in $3000 or even $30,000 (yes - it is possible, I’ve done it!).  You now offer your services to others to list their items for sale on ebay for a fee of $300 or ??? a flat fee and profit sharing of the sale price…let me walk you through an example, suppose someone your know needs to sell their house or car or ?? asset ???. 

1. You ask them what is the lowest price they will take if you can guarantee it sold in 10 days.
2. You then tell them you will use your internet marketing skills and list the item on ebay and you negotiate that you keep the difference (profit for you) of the eBay auction ending price less the amount the seller wanted.  so for example, the car sells for $10,000 and your friend wanted $8,000 in a 10 day sale, you get the $2,000 difference!
3. That is it!  Remember to put an ‘option contract’ on that asset so you have a written agreement with that seller of whay you will be getting and also, this may be obvious, walk away from anyone that expects way too high a price for their item as their is no way you can then make a profit!
