Enlightened Wealth Institute
Hi everyone, this is just a short information page about the enlightened wealth institute and the reasons why I took their courses over some of the other courses such as Russ Whitney, Ron Legrand, Jeff Adams, and the plethora of others!

1. I personally met one of their ’student turned instructors’ and author of best-selling book “No Money Down for Woman”, Karen Nelson Bell. This really made a difference for me and I wanted to be educated by a successful women in the real estate field. She is the real thing, has actually done real estate deals instead of being a ‘trained instructor’ and really made over a million in real estate. 2. I also had the phenomenal opportunity to meet Simon who is one of the most successful internet marketers. He also used to work for Google and what he has to say about the enlightened wealth institute retreat is all positive….and I do beleive in recommendation research!
3. They taught me how to invest in real estate by using private investors or ‘hard money loans’ as that is the way to go in this current market full of great foreclosure opportunities and the main success factor is ‘how to get the money for your deals’ since banks have tightened up credit significantly.
