Another major discovery made that allowed me to make fast cash in my foreclosure investing real estate business was:
- Get ALL the decision makers on the phone when you are ready to explain your offer in detail! There is nothing worse than having the seller say YES to your offer…you drive over to lock up the deal in writing to find that once you get there, the seller says “We’ll, my brother needed to hear you explain the offer again as he had some concerns”. How to avoid this time wasting situation?
- Before you present the offer, ask the seller if there is ANY one else involved in the decision to sell the home? The person could be the husband, wife, mother, brother, sister, father, friend, realtor, lawyer ETC. and it is perfectly normal to ask that that other ‘influencer’ be on the call.

I think i have to invest time for real estate brokerage first because i dont have the money on investing on real estate as an individual.
