I haven’t been able to write daily lately as tis summer and thanks to all the money I’ve made since taking all my enlightened wealth institute courses…vacation for me translates to 3 months off travelling across the U.S. and into the mountains of British Columbia to hike and mountain bike!

When taking the first course from the enlightened wealth institute, my heart raced so fast on my first day as I simply couldn’t believe that they didn’t teach this stuff in college or high school! Not only that, but to be taught by EWI instructors who themselves were entrepreneurs who made well over six figures in real estate investing, stock trading or info-preneuring…well, all I can say is that I promised myself to do everything they tell you to do no matter what so I can copy their success and finally quit my JOB (Just over Broke!) job!

Fast forward one year later and YES, I had made my first million as an entreprenuer! I don’t say that to brag, but to hopefully give you encouragement that this stuff the enlightened wealth institute REALLY does work and it really comes down to “taking action” with the right TACTICS.

One simple method to cash in on eBay is to go through your house and garage, find items you simply don’t want anymore and list them on eBay! It is not as hard as you might think and gets you into the eBay groove before going to the next level - method Two.

Second Way to Make Money on eBay:

The Second Way sounds so simple, yet until my enlightened wealth institute instructor mentioned it in class…it never donned on me to do this. Here is what you do, go to an outlet center and find the best deals on a ‘trendy’ brand like Ralph Lauren, LaCoste, Gucci, Fendi, Coach, Kenneth Cole…you get my drift right? Once you find some incredible deals…buy $150 worth and ‘flip’ them on eBay for $300!!! Or even more…like $450 so you make your $300 free and clear!

The Third Way to make $300 on eBay

Once you have masterd the First and Second way…now you are ready for the big leagues…and you will be albe to add zero’s to the $300, as in $3000 or even $30,000 (yes - it is possible, I’ve done it!). You now offer your services to others to list their items for sale on ebay for a fee of $300 or ??? a flat fee and profit sharing of the sale price…let me walk you through an example, suppose someone your know needs to sell their house or car or ?? asset ???.

You ask them what is the lowest price they will take if you can guarantee it sold in 10 days.
You then tell them you will use your internet marketing skills and list the item on ebay and you negotiate that you keep the difference (profit for you) of the eBay auction ending price less the amount the seller wanted. so for example, the car sells for $10,000 and your friend wanted $8,000 in a 10 day sale, you get the $2,000 difference!
That is it! Remember to put an ‘option contract’ on that asset so you have a written agreement with that seller of whay you will be getting and also, this may be obvious, walk away from anyone that expects way too high a price for their item as their is no way you can then make a profit!

Another major discovery made that allowed me to make fast cash in my foreclosure investing real estate business was:

Get ALL the decision makers on the phone when you are ready to explain your offer in detail! There is nothing worse than having the seller say YES to your offer…you drive over to lock up the deal in writing to find that once you get there, the seller says “We’ll, my brother needed to hear you explain the offer again as he had some concerns”. How to avoid this time wasting situation?
Before you present the offer, ask the seller if there is ANY one else involved in the decision to sell the home? The person could be the husband, wife, mother, brother, sister, father, friend, realtor, lawyer ETC. and it is perfectly normal to ask that that other ‘influencer’ be on the call.

Moving of office and home requires systematic planning since otherwise it may affect your children’s’ schooling in case of shifting home, the market or church maybe very far off etc. which may be a let down and you might regret coming to this locality only for the purpose of a big house and in the case of office it might badly affect your business in certain cases.

Keeping all these factors in mind the following steps can be enumerated for preparing your home or office for movement purpose.

· Files should be removed systematically from their filing boxes. Wherever there is paperwork you should gather the same and keep them safely for reopening and functioning after movement.

Occupier is the person who takes possession of a property such as dwelling, a piece of land or premises as an owner, tenant or trespasser. A trespasser can become a lawful tenant, if the owner accepts the rent offered or an owner by adverse possession. Home owner ship rates changes according to the demographic characteristics of households like ethnicity, race, type of household, location and type of the settlement.

The rate of the home ownership is decided by the House Vacancy Survey taken by US census Bureau. This will be decided by dividing the owner occupied units by the total number of occupied units. The rate is varied from race to race and Whites had the highest home ownership rate followed by Asians and Native Americans. The rate of home ownership is increasing with the age of the owner or the occupier till the age of 65 and then a slight decrease is visible.

The highest ownership rate is between the ages of 70-74 with home owners of about 93.3%. The rate also varies according to the income of the family and hence houses of people with higher incomes were larger, newer and more expensive with more amenities.
