OK, hope you checked out the above course and whether you decided to buy or not (it’s less than $20), let me share with you three critital steps to advertise on craigslist:
1. For my real estate deals, the first step I took in making my advertisement on craigslist stand out is outling how much money was in the deal for the buyer. For instance, if I have negotiated a short sale with the bank for a foreclosure property for $180,000 when the house is appraising at $250,000 with $15,000 of repair work to be done, then I outline that clearly and tell them they can walk away with “$55,000 Profit” immediately and that does not include future appreciation or cash flow.
2. Second critical step - have a business name, address and make yourself available via phone to talk to a prospective buyer! The internet is full of scams and also great profitable deals so by talking to the hungry buyer and having a ‘business name with an address’ will show to the person you have never met physcially that you are for real! Trust is a key issue when dealing with selling real estate on the internet!
3. Third crucial step is to include pictures and if possible, even a video of the product you are selling, whether it is real estate or an ebook/information product - a picture and great graphics will really make a huge impact on your sales!
