Non-traditional real estate brokers who are capable of paying in cash are gaining huge profits from this opportunity. Such types of real estate agents don’t rely on property listings, and actually discourages buyers from using such listings when acquiring properties.
Such practice has established links with banks that grant real estate mortgage loans to buyers, wherein the property acquired serves as the collateral in itself.
