There are so many real estate investors that do not invest any upfront money or time in a list building strategy that it constantly amazes me. Wouldn’t you like to have the ability to lock up a real estate deal…and instantly send the details of that deal to over 100 real estate investors to have the contract assigned in less than 7 days?
That is the power of a buyers list!
It may seem ‘daunting’ to you as you are ’swamped’ with also getting your real estate business going and finding your real estate deals. However, your investment of time and money will more than pay for itself in the end as then your business becomes ’systemized’ and practically runs on ‘auto-pilot’. If learning all about internet marketing, building a list, using an autoresponder sounds just ‘TOO MUCH’ to learn in addition to the wealth building real estate techniques of finding a good deal…then outsource this CRITICAL step to your business. The cost should run you only $1,000 or so to put this whole process in place and let me ask you one question:
1. What is it worth to you to have a buyers list who will pay you $5,000 and up REPEATEDLY for your real estate deals?
The initial investment of $1,000 or so more than pays for itself repeatedly. If someone quotes you they can implement this system for you any cheaper…then I’d recommend you say ‘pass’ as then you “Get What You Pay for” and you will have someone that promised the world to you in a slick sales presentation but simply are not experienced enough to do your business justice.
