There are properties that have been a liability instead of an asset. Try to ease up your burden by dispensing these properties. The proceeds from selling such property can be a capital in acquiring another property that is more profitable.
2. Always treasure the duck that lays the golden egg.
If you own a property that gives you lots of revenues, concentrate your investment on it. Do not lose that property otherwise your killing the duck that lays your golden egg.
3. Concentrate your investments
During recessions, it is always a good thing that one would concentrate on a real estate investment that has high probability of gaining. In this way, one can avoid certain maintaining cost on properties that might be considered low earning.
4. When selling your blue chips, always consider in acquiring a better one
Perhaps, some could afford to part their blue chip property. However, it is always a good decision as long as you are doing it in acquiring a more potentially profitable property.
